Cooking School

Yesterday we had a fabulous day learning how to cook some well known Vietnamese food. It was a full day with us even learning how to make fresh rice noodles. I now have a new appreciation of the humble noodle. Nipping down to the local Asian grocer in our town and buying them fresh every Tuesday is now more appealling than ever!
