Yep thats me. At least I look the part. I am about to start TAFE on Wednesday to finally fulfill a dream of mine. Commercial Cookery Cert 111 full time for one year. Whew, pretty scary. I'll also be working two days at the physio and then three days at TAFE. I really hope to keep up to date with my blog. It will probably turn into a cooking blog though. Cooking School here I come
